By using Pageworks, you agree to these terms. If you use the product on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company.
Accounts & access
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, or security risk.
Billing
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout (typically yearly). Starter grants are one-time and not a perpetual free plan. Fees are generally non-refundable; cancel anytime and finish the paid period.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to generate illegal content, attack systems, or violate others’ rights. AI outputs may be imperfect — you remain responsible for what you present.
