When a sentence beats a paragraph

"Board update on EU expansion, need approval for Q3 hire plan, include pipeline chart from CRM, 12 slides max." That is a good brief. Compare it to three paragraphs of background nobody will read - the model will mirror your verbosity.

• Name your audience and what they need to understand.
• Say what to skip if the source doc is long.
• Pick Standard when the sequence matters; Smart when the topic is exploratory.

After generation: a ten-minute review

Read titles only, left to right. If the story breaks at slide six, fix the outline or move slides - do not polish fonts while the narrative is wrong. Then do a numbers pass, then a notes pass for the presenter.
