Use these starting values to work through the decision, then substitute your own inputs.

Write notes for a result slide in three lines: what the number means, the boundary of the claim and the transition. For 28 completions from 40 invitations, the slide can show 70%; the note should remind you that completion is not measured improvement and that non-completers were not interviewed. Add the source location so you can answer a challenge quickly. After export, check whether these notes reached the recipient instead of assuming visible slide text includes all context.

Rehearse the audience's experience

Use the actual file, display and notes arrangement. A rehearsal inside the editor does not test the exported deck or screen-sharing setup. Mark the sentence that connects each important slide to the next so transitions do not depend on memory alone.

1. Say the opening and final request aloud; time them with the pauses you intend to use.
2. Check the hardest explanation and one likely question. Place supporting evidence where you can reach it quickly.
3. Prepare a local backup and identify what changes if the connection, display or allotted time fails.
