Use these starting values to work through the decision, then substitute your own inputs.

Use the final twenty minutes for delivery rather than redesign. Spend four checking the room and adapter, six opening the local file and testing fonts, five rehearsing the first and last minute, and five checking questions and the backup. A ten-slide presentation may need only two slides during this rehearsal: the hardest chart and the closing request. If the network disappears, you should know which local file to open without searching through downloads in front of the audience.

Rehearse the audience's experience

Use the actual file, display and notes arrangement. A rehearsal inside the editor does not test the exported deck or screen-sharing setup. Mark the sentence that connects each important slide to the next so transitions do not depend on memory alone.

1. Say the opening and final request aloud; time them with the pauses you intend to use.
2. Check the hardest explanation and one likely question. Place supporting evidence where you can reach it quickly.
3. Prepare a local backup and identify what changes if the connection, display or allotted time fails.
